Broadcom is performing scheduled service migration of CloudSOC CASB Global Mobile Gateway from AWS to GCP beginning July 7, 2021, starting at 14:00 UTC for a duration of 2 hours, and July 10, 2021 starting at 04:00 UTC for a duration of 2 hours.

Impact
During the migration period, there is no expected customer impact. The service migration is transparent to customers where user data will be replicated from AWS to GCP. The service fully qualified domain name (FQDN) will remain the same. The IP addresses of the service will change from that in AWS to GCP but there will be no customer impact.

An administrator might see some username and filenames missing in the Investigate logging in CloudSOC Console if the user started a new SaaS session during the service cutover time window and continues the SaaS session without logging out. When the user logs out and logs back in after the service cutover, all user behavior will be logged.
