On June 4, 2020, between 13:30 UTC and 15:20 UTC, a subset of customers using our Americas infrastructure may have experienced delays in processing traffic and some of the incidents may not have been detected. As of 15:20 UTC, the service is fully operational and we continue to closely monitor the environment.
